Information collected by Heading Bush Adventures is primarily supplied by the client upon the purchase of services.

Information may also be sourced from public databases like telephone listings, websites, etc.

Client owned information is collected in accordance with the client's privacy and information handling policy.

How we use information

Heading Bush Adventures uses information for the provision of services to its clients. Heading Bush Adventures also uses information for the purposes of notifying its clients of changes to services, disruptions, and new products and services.

Heading Bush Adventures may disclose information to third parties when necessary for the provision of services. For example: domain registries, hosting partners. Heading Bush Adventures only engages third parties which are known to be trusted and in compliance with privacy laws and accepted guidelines. Heading Bush Adventures uses client owned information for the provision of service only. Client owned information is used for system accounting and system generated communications which are controlled by the client. Client owned information can only be accessed after contacting the client in accordance with their privacy and information handling policy.

Refunds and Cancellations

As of 25/03/08

On Booking - 5% is kept from the total price.

Within 14 days of departure - 50% is kept from the total price.

Within 7 days of departure refunds are no longer issued.
