Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 days or more prior to departure incurs 5% cancellation fee of the ticket price.

Cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee of the ticket price. Cancellation within 7 days of departure or if the passenger fails to join or complete the tour, a 100% cancellation fee of the ticket price applies.

This is a tour into the sometimes unpredictable outback of Australia. Passengers need to bring an easy going outlook and a willingness to assist the tour guide at times. Advertised itineraries may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. No refund will be offered if Heading Bush are unable to acheive all locations within the itinerary.

INSURANCE: We recommend all passengers have adequate travel and medical insurance. Heading Bush 4wd Adventures, staff agents or contractors connected with these tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss of property or delay whatsoever caused to the passenger whilst engaged on these tours or any related activity.

SAFETY: Passengers should be mindful of their personal safety and follow or seek the advice of our driver/guides. Passengers should be aware of their personal capabilities and must carry sufficient water. Sturdy shoes, sensible clothing and sun protection are suggested on all tours.

GENERAL : The company reserves the right to substitute if necessary a vehicle, other than specified. The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, luggage or goods or continue to carry any passenger causing general annoyance.
